Evelyn's Weekend with Uncle Alex

This was an extra special weekend for Evelyn.  Uncle Alex came in town from Boston to visit family, see his Godson, Quinn, for his 3rd birthday, and of course to meet his new niece!  Alex came in town Friday evening, where my mom and dad picked him up from the airport.  Instead of driving straight home, Alex wanted to stop by our house to meet Evelyn before she went to bed. 

  Saturday morning our family set out to watch my Liliana's first soccer game!  We all cheered on Liliana as she scored her first goal and the team's first goal of the season!  She proved to be quite the little athlete, as she followed up her first goal with three more! 

 

Saturday evening the family met up again to take Alex out to El Coyote for dinner.  Following dinner the boys (and Mom) set out to the new Horseshoe Casino!   Chris came home the big winner with $50! Sunday was a big day for Evelyn.  Not only did she get to spend another day with Uncle Alex, but she went to her first Red's Game!  Both Field families and the Koumoutsos family met downtown for the Reds game.  Evelyn must have been the good luck charm because the Reds took home the win!  It was a busy weekend, but because Alex can't come home all that often it was nice to spend so much time with him.
